The ASA proposes adopting with modifications appropriate for snowkiting, the proposed RACING RULES OF SAILING: EXPERIMENTAL KITEBOARDING COMPETITION RULES. Modifications to those rules will be posted here and submitted for inclusion with the International Sailing Federation and the International Kiteboarding Association. All modifications will reflect changes required due to the nature of the differences inherent within snowkiting.
